i’ll get a scanner eventually.A scanner is one of the best investments in technology I have ever made. There no better tool used to bridge the gap between the hand of the artist and digital art. I recommend it.
hmm, but what about a stylus?
and i love scanners, but a photograph of an open sketchbook is closer (imo) to experiencing it in real life. a scanner gets it ready for presentation. same reason a picture of someone holding up a poster has a completely different feeling than a .jpg of the pre-print file.
