- decide how the world was or will be destroyed.
- pick a landscape for your dystopia.
- pick two: western, future, spaceships, desert, old-timey, gundams, tuxedos, cyborgs, androids, demons.
- make sure there is at least one large-breasted, hyper-sexualized female character.
- give her a gun, ninja skills or bone-crushing strength.
- add some bounty hunters.
- ensure there are various physically-impossible-to-wield weapons and plenty of sexual tension.
congratulations! you have plotted out an anime series.
expand this to 24 episodes, release some merch, make bank and call it a day.
