use tumblr for IE fixing

so you’re making your theme, and you’re like “ugh. i have to fix this in IE now.”

now, make your life awesome by opening the customize theme panel (that we all love to hate on) in IE 6 or 7 and there is your live editing interface with correct browser rendering! enjoy! :D

(can also be used with any old html/css in a cross-browser debugging pinch)
