not blogs, but still huge and expansive:
crochet pattern central (more links than you’ll know what to do with) and lion’s brand patterns (requires sign up, but totally worth it. they’re organized by skill level and well documented. there is also a huge instructional archive including how to do crochet trims and an FAQ)
and thank you, regarding the cowl. it now has a sherbet colored ruffly edge!
