adding a note: i’ve been listening to multiple versions of this song by different artists- and i’m particularly impressed with the female interpretations i’ve listened to! winfred atwell and jo ann castle completely own the song. a lot of the guys just play it straight or with minor variations, but these ladies go nuts.
