yeah, that experience must have sucked, but consider what this guy says in the comments:
Congratulations - you just got someone fired during the recession by slating Dell’s customer service on the basis of your interaction with this individual. Wake up to your responsibilities here on boing boing’s frontpage - there’s more at stake here than the inconvenience of your new laptop not fitting into your favourite bag.
…There is also the question of how you yourself are cashing in by using this incident for an article. Did you make sure that you got commission on the sale?
