i’ve been learning the arts of taping and wrapping.
this is pretty awesome for restricting movement, both for healing and preventing. (e.g. if your wrists fall too much forward or backward)
i’ve found being generous with the bandage helps it from cutting off circulation with minimal tension and using sports tape underneath helps give it some more structure. the taped cross on the back helps keep my wrist from bending backward, which i want to avoid, but doesn’t restrict the front as much. (like a brace would)
putting tape strips over the fasteners when you’re done helps keep them in place. yay, tape.
