bulletin boards!

so i got myself some cork board tiles, a yard of each of different fabrics, a bunch of ribbons and other dangly things, and busted out my hot glue:

i handle the corners like wrapping paper, but if they are messy, covering them with ribbons makes them look much spiffier.

ribbons placed tightly over the board and glued on the back can have things tucked under them :)

but if you’re really serious about functional memo boards you can get elastic and sew it through in a few places.

i’ve got two so far, more to come over the weekend and through the week. i’ve also got a plan to hang this giant (lightweight) pink chain under one of them, so that i have loops to hang things from.
