i have obtained my very first piece of exercise equipment1. it weighs one pound. so watch the fuck out, or something. btw, jess picked this out for me, and ordered it along with a bubblegum colored 2lb weight. i asked for the “fuzzy looking” kind [neoprene, apparently] in pink or some other bright color. is she awesome or what? i feel compelled to note that it was obtained by request of my physical therapist. ↩
